Americans Mad and Angry! is a non-profit, non-partisan healthcare consumer activist organization. We provide timely and meaningful fact-based information and resources to help people become more knowledgeable about medical errors, hospital acquired infections, other preventable adverse events and the lack of disclosure and accountability in our healthcare system.

Unbeknown to many patients, consumers and even some providers, these preventable events occur in our healthcare delivery system at an outrageously disturbing rate. What is even more blatant is that many healthcare providers attempt to bury these mistakes under a medical shroud of secrecy and deceit.

History has shown us that only when there is a strong public outcry will the powers-that-be take effective action to eliminate these preventable adverse events and provide for full healthcare disclosure and accountability to the patient and consumer. We demand no less, and we demand it now!
